Head of Delivery/ Solution Train engineer

As the Head of Delivery at Amasty, you will facilitate the delivery processes and program execution, escalate impediments, manage risks, and help drive program-level continuous improvement. You are responsible for facilitating program level work and coordinating with all teams across the organization.


  • Establish and refine service delivery processes to ensure consistency and quality
  • Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks 
  • Oversight of projects and resources involved including accountability for executing the project and the related processes and tasks
  • Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment Improve the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing the practices associated with DevOps and Release on Demand in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline 
  • Facilitate the PI planning event 
  • Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective including streamlining projects and managing project profitability 
  • Actively manage projects timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources, issues, and risks 
  • Work with all stakeholders to manage communication and project results
  • Coordinate and enable successful project execution by working with our teams
  • Successful engagements meet not only stated requirements but also exceed requirements by re-engineering existing workflows, improving efficiency and addressing unmet / unstated needs
  • Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering 
  • Help define clear metrics tracking and dashboards for client and internal communication and to identify areas of improvement
  • Help manage risks and dependencies
  • Assist tracking the execution of features and our OKR
  • Provide senior leadership within the company and help guide and mentor others



  • Project planning & management
  • Technical solution design & execution experience
  • Overseeing and facilitating project delivery by working closely with development team
  • Experience overseeing Incident Management


  • 5 years of team/project leadership
  • Experience delivering enterprise-level solutions, at least 3 fully participated and successfully delivered commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of the whole product development cycle
  • Ability to manage a team of 50+ people and to resolve people management questions
  • Experience in setting up Dev/ QA/ BA processes on the project
  • Good knowledge of the Agile methodology
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality products and providing excellent service to the customer
